1. Logistics & Handling Schedule

We process all orders based on a strict timeline to maintain consistency.

  • Payment Requirement: No order is processed until payment has been successfully verified.

  • Operating Hours: We work from Monday to Friday (EST). Please note that our facility is closed on major U.S. holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders received before 5:00 PM EST will enter processing the same day. Anything after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be handled starting the next business day.

  • Our Shipping Partners: We utilize USPS, DHL, EMS, and reliable local postal services to provide the best coverage.


2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times (Continental US)

Below are the specifics for deliveries within the continental United States. We aim for clarity in every timeframe provided.

Standard Shipping Fee: $4.99

  • Processing (Handling): 1 – 2 Business Days.

  • Transit (In-Transit): 4 – 9 Business Days.

  • Total Expected Delivery: 5 – 11 Business Days.

Note: While we strive for these windows, please understand that total delivery time is the sum of handling and transit. Factors like extreme weather or carrier-side disruptions are beyond our immediate control once the package is dispatched.


3. Monitoring Your Package

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way:

  • Confirmation: An order confirmation arrives in your inbox immediately after purchase.

  • Tracking Number: Once dispatched (within 1-2 business days), a shipping notification will be sent to you.

  • Activation Period: It typically takes 3–7 days for the carrier to update their tracking system. If you see “Status Not Available,” it simply means the carrier hasn’t scanned the parcel into their primary hub yet.

4. Shipping Exclusions & Limitations

To maintain service quality, we currently have the following restrictions:

  • Service Area: We ship exclusively to the Continental United States.

  • Exclussions: We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is currently unavailable.

  • Special Orders: Items that are customized or made-to-order may require additional time. We will contact you directly if your specific order needs an extension.


5. Delivery Accuracy & Customer Obligations
  • Address Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a 100% accurate shipping address. Turnzerostore is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete data provided at checkout.

  • Returns & Reshipping: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Unclaimed returns may eventually be disposed of by our logistics partners.

  • Redirection Risks: We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss if you choose to redirect your package through the carrier after it has been shipped.
