• Cost: We provide a Free Return Label by mail.

14. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• 12-Hour Grace Period: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

   

• Fees: * Cancellations made within 2 hours: Free.

  • Cancellations made between 2 and 12 hours: Subject to a 5% processing fee.

• Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Orders already processed cannot be changed.
